“I just wanted to drop you a note to express our appreciation for Jorge's assistance in locating our missing heart monitor. As you may or may not know, yesterday I notified Jorge that we were missing one of our monitors and asked him if he could make sure that our soiled laundry was checked to see if possibly it got mixed in by mistake. He assured me he would take care of it.

“Roy was leaving an account on his route when the customer said they had one more jacket to give him. Roy asked if they had checked the pockets to make sure they had removed everything and they assured him they had. Unfortunately, the customer had left ONE key in the pocket and it was the key to start her car. Roy was made aware of this after he had returned from running his route all day, and even though he had not even started to unload, he went back to the customer to return the key.
