Valerie Armstrong

Vice President of Human Resources

Valerie joined ImageFIRST in 2022 as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing years of HR experience to ImageFIRST. Valerie has previously held numerous leadership roles in Human Resources, including her last position as an HR Business Partner for Sodexo Seniors. Prior to Sodexo, Valerie was a Senior HR Manager for Aramark and a Regional HR Manager for Godiva Chocolatier.

From Valerie's previous positions, she brings extensive experience and expertise in change management, business acquisitions, project management, associate development and training, and associate engagement and retention. Valerie has also earned the Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

As the VP of Human Resources at ImageFIRST, Valerie focuses on the management and oversight of associate relations, leave of absence management including worker's compensation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
