  1. Scope: All ImageFIRST employees during their duties may need to communicate with the ServiceDesk. This document outlines the right of the ImageFIRST ServiceDesk to communicate with employees by sending SMS messages to the employee’s company issued cell phone.
  2. Frequency of Messages: You may receive multiple messages from us based on the status of your support tickets, inquiries, or other related service updates. The frequency of these messages will vary depending on your interactions with our Help Desk.
  3. Opt Out: You can opt out any time by texting STOP.
