As Chief Information Officer, Mick O'Donovan keeps ImageFIRST's enterprise systems at the forefront of evolving technology, advancing an essential component of the company's strength.

Before joining ImageFIRST, Mick was the CIO of Thayer Infrastructure Services (TIS). During his tenure at TIS, he led cross-functional teams in their migration from multiple ERPs onto a single, unified platform. Mick also spearheaded the launch and standardization of best-of-breed systems across multiple operating companies. Before his time at TIS, he held other Senior Executive roles in Process Improvement and Technology across a variety of industries, leading IT, Operations, Process Improvement, Human Resources, eCommerce, and Retail Operations.
