When you visit any of our offices or plants nationwide, you’ll see our Operating Principles wheel everywhere – or what we lovingly call “our jelly donut.” (The name was coined by our COO because of the purple center. Or maybe he was just hungry that day.)
Our jelly donut isn’t just a bunch of pretty colors on the wall, we really use it as a compass on a daily basis for how we work – with our clients and with each other. Our Purpose, which defines why we go to work each day, is to build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers and their patients.
You can see our Purpose come to life when our associates go out of their way, sometimes even spending their own personal time and money, to show they care about their co-workers, their customers and their communities.

Our Values guide how we do our work every day. Whatever we are doing, we always want to be respectful, be remarkable, be safe, and be honest with everyone. So much so that we even recognize our peers when they go above and beyond in one of these categories every month!
As opposed to our Values, which are in no particular order, our Goals are in a very intentional order, as we always strive to put associates FIRST -- not just in our Purpose. In order, our Goals are Associates, Customers, Growth, and Profits. At ImageFIRST, this is how we prioritize how we win.
