Senior Vice President, Customer Experience
As Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Mike Martin is responsible for ImageFIRST’s service strategy and execution, ensuring a consistent and remarkable experience across every customer touchpoint.
Prior to joining ImageFIRST, Mike worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he led large-scale transformations across industries including healthcare, distribution, and logistics. He began his career as a submariner in the U.S. Navy, leading teams on overseas deployments, where he developed a passion for team development and operational excellence. Before stepping into his current role, Mike served as a Regional Vice President within ImageFIRST’s Hospital Division.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an MBA from Stanford University.
