Reaccreditation of Seattle plant further expands ImageFIRST’s reach across Washington and reinforces industry-leading standards

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., April 14, 2025 – ImageFIRST®, the leading healthcare linen service provider, proudly announces that its Seattle facility has received reaccreditation from the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC). The company is dedicated to providing safe, hygienically clean linens that support healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care.

The Seattle facility serves over 400 customers across the Washington, Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Portland, Vancouver and Hillsboro metropolitan areas. With more than 100 dedicated associates, the Seattle team ensures that all linens are handled properly to prevent the spread of infections and maintain the highest level of hygiene.

Led by Regional Vice President Adam Stansbury and General Manager Alan Guerrero, the Seattle team has been instrumental in maintaining the rigorous operational standards required to achieve and uphold HLAC accreditation. This commitment to excellence is a practice upheld across ImageFIRST locations, ensuring that every healthcare-focused facility consistently follows HLAC processes to meet the highest hygiene and safety standards.

“We take pride in upholding the highest standards to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and their patients,” said ImageFIRST Seattle General Manager Alan Guerrero. “It’s through the commitment and teamwork of our Leadership Team and associates that we continue to make ImageFIRST a trusted partner.”

Beyond its commitment to excellence in healthcare linen services, ImageFIRST of Seattle is deeply engaged in community giving efforts. The team actively participates in charitable initiatives, including Back-to-School drives, winter jacket, scarf, and hat drives, canned food drives, and linen donations to local women’s homeless shelters.

As leaders in infection prevention, ImageFIRST owns and operates the most HLAC-accredited plants and depots in the industry – 54 and counting. The company’s healthcare wash process meets or exceeds CDC, OSHA, and The Joint Commission standards to protect their customers and their patients.

Alan Guerrero is available for interviews and plant tours upon request.

ABOUT HLAC

The Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) is a nonprofit organization that inspects and accredits laundries processing textiles for hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. The principal benefit to healthcare customers is the knowledge and confidence that their textile provider is meeting the highest standards for processing healthcare textiles in the industry, including strict adherence to federal government regulations and guidelines. The customer can expect a consistent and smooth flow of clean textiles; and, ultimately, the knowledge of safety for their employees and the end user – the patient.
