ImageFIRST Acquires Its Cedar Rapids Franchise

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – OCTOBER 16, 2020  – ImageFIRST, a leading provider of laundry services for the healthcare industry, announced on Friday the acquisition of its Cedar Rapids franchisee.  Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

This acquisition was supported by Calera Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm that acquired a majority stake in ImageFIRST in October 2018. The Cedar Rapids team has been an ImageFIRST franchise since June of 2007.
