As President of the Hospitality Division, Doug is responsible for overseeing the division’s strategic direction, operational execution and financial performance. He strategically focuses on enhancing the talent pipeline and fostering leadership capabilities across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives.

Doug excels in executing strategic business initiatives that reinforce and optimize organizational culture. He joined ImageFIRST in 2021, bringing a wealth of expertise in human resources management gained from decades of experience.

His previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Superior Plus Energy Services and senior HR positions at Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Aramark and UPS.
