All Associate Recognition Day 2016 Was Truly Remarkable!
So far, this year has been a big one for us here at ImageFIRST, and we are happy to say that we are not only helping more and more clients with their patients, but that we have been out and about volunteering our time at some of our favorite charities.
In fact, we recently celebrated "All Associate Day" in late January. And, if you don't know, this day is one where we recognize our associates for all of the hard work they have done, and give them an opportunity to donate their time to a local charity.
As always, All Associate Day was a great success!
This year, we honored exceptional associates by not only awarding them with a public recognition and a certificate, but also a monetary award. Plus, EVERYONE got the chance to enjoy a delicious lunch and participate in some awesome team building activities.
We had what we called a "Tour de France" for associates, which involved separating everyone into teams of six and having them compete in different challenges:
- Agility – Associates kicked a soccer ball around cones, and then kicked to try to get a goal.
- Teamwork – Associates had to cross a “river” using only four “stones” for six people.
- Jenga – Associates had to balance Jenga blocks to see who could get the highest tower.
- Trivia – About the company
Aside from this, associates also spent their time building five bikes for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia. This nonprofit organization, which is headquartered in the City of Brotherly Love, was established in the late 1800s, and is, and has always been, focused on providing programs that help to improve the lives of youth in the city. They offer athletic and educational programs, and take both volunteers and monetary donations.
