As Senior Vice President of Operations, Efrain Solivan leads the organization in delivering greater operational excellence through improved efficiencies.

Efrain began his career in the laundry industry in 2001 and held various positions, including Plant Supervisor, Plant Manager, Group Operations Manager, District Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Operations. In 2019, Efrain joined the waste and recycling industry as a Division Vice President with Athens Services and was a driving force in improving profits. 

Efrain joined ImageFIRST in 2021 as a General Manager to operate a start-up facility in Lakeland, FL. In 2022, he was promoted to Group Manager - posting double-digit growth and double-digit margin expansion. Efrain was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in April of 2023.
