The first six months of 2020 have certainly challenged all of us, both personally and professionally. In early March, the COVID-19 pandemic caused us to take action against an enemy we never thought possible.

Now, in response to a systemic struggle with racial and social inequality and in an attempt to seek justice, we are seeing protests and conflict spread across our great nation.

ImageFIRST is made up of remarkable associates who reflect the unique diversity of our nation and the communities in which we serve. We are fortunate to have a set of Operating Principles that direct and guide us toward the right decisions and behaviors.

At ImageFIRST, we stand aligned with the peaceful protesters seeking equality and justice for all people.

Today, we pledge our commitment that ImageFIRST will continue to build a workplace that encourages safety and supports diversity and inclusion; and will work tirelessly to do our part in driving change to bring justice and peace to all people.
